Working with the Divine Order
Throughout life—and especially in business—there comes a time when logic, experience, and strategy can only take us so far. Beyond this realm of reason lies a deeper intelligence that many refer to as the Divine Order: a system of alignment, timing, and purpose that governs outcomes far beyond our control. As a psychologist and management consultant who has guided individuals and organizations through growth, transformation, and reinvention, I have come to believe that there is indeed a spiritual solution to every problem. But how do we recognize it? How do we align with it? And how do we know when to act, pause, or let go?
The Evidence of Divine a Order
Patterns in Nature: The world around us is filled with precision and rhythm—from the Fibonacci spiral in sunflowers to the migration of birds, the changing seasons, and the life cycle of all living things. These patterns remind us that chaos is only apparent; beneath it all is order.
Synchronicity: Moments when events line up in uncanny, meaningful ways that can’t be explained by coincidence are often the universe’s subtle signals, guiding us toward our purpose.
Perfect Timing: Looking back, many of us can see that certain events unfolded at exactly the right time—not when we demanded, but when we were truly ready.
Inner Alignment: There are times when everything feels ‘in flow,’ and we experience ease, clarity, and progress. Resistance, by contrast, often indicates misalignment or the need for redirection.
The Gestation Period of Desire
One of the great mysteries of Divine Order is timing. We seldom know the gestation period of our desires. Some manifest quickly; others require years of preparation and growth.
Desires mature and manifest when three conditions are met:
Inner Readiness: Emotional, spiritual, and mental preparation.
External Alignment: Circumstances and people positioned to support the manifestation.
Clarity and Persistence: A focused intention combined with patience and trust.
Sometimes, the very act of letting go of attachment—while staying open and prepared—accelerates fulfillment. Divine timing cannot be rushed, only honored.
Hold, Fold, or Raise: Reading the Signs
In both life and business, knowing when to hold, fold, or raise is crucial. These are not decisions of logic alone but of spiritual discernment.
Hold: When doors are not yet open, but the desire and conviction remain strong. You feel tension, but not defeat. The lesson may still be unfolding; the foundation is still being laid.
Fold: When persistent resistance and inner unease (not fear, but a deeper knowing) suggest that this path is not yours to follow. Folding is not giving up—it is releasing what no longer serves you, making room for new growth.
Raise: When opportunities begin to show up, even if small. When fear and excitement mix—this is the universe urging you to expand, to ask for more, to step into a larger version of yourself.

The Spiritual Solution to Modern Challenges
As markets evolve and old methods lose traction, the temptation is to push harder. But Divine Order often calls for listening more deeply. The signs may come in subtle forms:
Flow vs. Friction: Ease suggests alignment; repeated struggle suggests the need to pivot.
Energy Check: What ideas energize you? What drains you? Follow the energy.
Synchronicity & Recurrence: Pay attention to recurring themes in conversations, unexpected client requests, or ideas that won’t leave your mind. These are divine whispers.
Questions for Alignment
- What business idea or project still feels alive and vibrant?
- What aspects of your work feel heavy or outdated, despite past success?
- If fear were absent, what would you explore or create today?
- What opportunities or messages keep showing up around you?
Learning to Trust the Unseen
Divine Order isn’t about passivity or superstition. It’s about tuning in to a deeper wisdom that operates beyond sight. We are co-creators with the universe. When we align with Divine Order, we recognize that some things are ours to pursue, some are ours to release, and others are ours to receive—often in ways we could never have imagined.
The more we quiet the noise, release attachment, and stay open, the more easily we can discern whether it’s time to hold, fold, or raise. And in that clarity, we not only find solutions—we find peace.
You may be at a threshold moment—an evolution rather than an ending. Your next move may not be about ‘pushing harder’ but ‘listening deeper.’
Your Guided Meditation: Working With The Devine Order
Embarking on a journey to align with the Divine Order can bring clarity, peace, and a deeper understanding of life’s rhythms. This guided meditation is designed to help you attune to this universal harmony, fostering inner readiness and receptivity to life’s unfolding.
Preparation:
Environment: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Mindset: Approach this meditation with an open heart and a willingness to connect with the deeper wisdom that governs the universe.
Meditation Begins:
Breath Awareness:
- Close your eyes gently.
- Take a deep breath in through your nose, allowing your abdomen to expand fully.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension.
- Continue this deep, rhythmic breathing, focusing your attention solely on the inhale and exhale.
Grounding Visualization:
- Imagine roots extending from your body into the earth, anchoring you firmly.
- Feel the stability and support of the earth beneath you, grounding you in the present moment.
Connecting with Divine Order:
- Visualize a gentle, golden light descending from above, enveloping you in warmth and serenity.
- This light represents the Divine Order—the universal intelligence that orchestrates all life.
- Allow this light to fill you, aligning your energy with the harmonious flow of the universe.
Reflection and Alignment:
- As you bask in this golden light, reflect on areas of your life where you seek guidance or clarity.
- Pose inward questions such as:
- What desires or intentions feel most alive within me?
- Where am I experiencing resistance or struggle?
- What aspects of my life feel in harmony with the universe’s flow?
- After each question, pause and remain open to any insights, feelings, or images that arise, trusting that the Divine Order communicates in subtle ways.
Surrender and Trust:
- Acknowledge that while you have desires and intentions, the timing and manner of their unfolding are governed by a wisdom greater than your own.
- Affirm to yourself: “I trust in the Divine Order. I release the need to control and open myself to the universe’s perfect timing.”
Closing and Integration:
- Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings. Wiggle your fingers and toes, feeling the connection to your body.
- Take a deep, cleansing breath, inhaling gratitude and exhaling any residual tension.
- When you’re ready, gently open your eyes, carrying the sense of alignment and trust with you into your daily life.
Post-Meditation Reflection:
Consider keeping a journal to note any insights or feelings that emerged during the meditation. Over time, this practice can help you recognize patterns and deepen your connection to the Divine Order.
Remember, aligning with the Divine Order is an ongoing journey. Regular meditation and reflection can enhance your sensitivity to the universe’s guidance, helping you navigate life with greater ease and grace.

A Note to My Readers
I write not to convince or convert, but simply to share insights gained from years of observation, study, and experience. What I offer here are perspectives — reflections meant to inspire thought, not debates.
If my words resonate with you, I welcome that. If they do not, I invite you to simply take what serves you and leave the rest.
My consultation sessions are quite different. They are sacred spaces where I partner with individuals who are seeking clarity, transformation, and growth in their own lives. If that is what you desire, I would be honored to assist you.
Until then, may you continue your journey with curiosity and grace.
